The purpose of the Pandemic Influenza Plan Template (the template) is to provide the Indiana districts with a consistently structured document that can also be tailored to meet the needs of the individual district hospitals. The goal of using this template is to provide clear directions regarding the trigger for implementing the detailed hospital-specific plans in each district, outline critical communication processes that will be utilized during an influenza pandemic, and increase state-wide collaboration and learning.
