Attendees to the 38th Annual Administrative Professionals Conference will get essential training on improving project management skills; reducing digital stress; troubleshooting techniques; improving your relationship with your boss; and living life to the fullest.

The program will kick-off with an update from IHA President Douglas J. Leonard.
Leonard will be followed by SkillPath trainer Erin Cox who will introduce a proven 6-phase project management system that will help you to complete projects with efficiency while managing the stress of multiple responsibilities. She will also address how to maintain credibility when things go wrong.

Want to improve your personal clout? Cox will show you how to take on the role of office troubleshooter by bringing solutions-not problems to your boss’ desk.

After lunch, Cox will unveil the keys to maintaining an excellent working relationship with your boss. Then, she will teach you how to overcome your “digital stress” and set boundaries in a world of 24/7 connectivity.

And finally, closer VJ Smith will show you how to live “rich” and be content with every aspect of your life; living with no regrets.
