2011 Achievement Award Nomination Form IHA will issue a call for nominations for the Distinguished Service Award and the Award of Merit. The Distinguished Service Award recognizes hospital CEOs for contributions made to Indiana’s hospitals. The Award of Merit honors individuals, other than member CEOs, who have made noteworthy contributions to the health care field. These awards are the association’s highest honors and will be presented during the IHA Awards Banquet on Thursday, October 27. Nomination forms are due August 12.
2011 Call for Storyboards Storyboards should focus on innovative programs, patient safety projects, community benefit initiatives, and research. Selected storyboards will be on display during a Storyboard Session on Oct. 26. Proposals are due by July 29.
