​​On Aug. 24, Indiana Health Care Association and Indiana Center for Assisted Living will host an active shooter and emergency preparedness workshop in Carmel. Featured presenters include Frank DeAngelis, retired principal from Columbine High School, and Stan Szpytek, consultant and owner of Fire & Life Safety Inc.
