​​The Indiana State Department of Health, Indiana Hospital Association and QSource have joined together to host a quarterly patient education contest for all Indiana residents. For this quarters contest, create a patient education material (brochures, flyers, etc.) focused on Carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE). This contest is a great opportunity for you or your organization to highlight your creativity and innovation contributing to infection prevention in Indiana. Up to five finalists will be selected as winners, and winning submissions will be featured on partner webpages and will be distributed within Indiana health care facilities.
