​​The theme of this year's Indiana Suicide Prevention Conference, which is coming up June 14 – 15 at the Parkview Mirro Center for Research and Innovation in Fort Wayne, is "Having the Conversation." Kevin Hines, a suicide prevention activist and survivor, will speak at both the pre-conference and conference. The pre-conference will feature his movie Suicide: The Ripple Effect. A total of nine CEUs are available for those who attend both days. Click here to register. If you are a health professional and would like to attend the conference for free and also receive CEUs, the Northeast Indiana Area Health Education Center (AHEC) has funding to help you attend this year's conference.
