​​Each year, the IHA Awarding Excellence Program honors exceptional individuals working in Hoosier health care. IHA's annual awards recognize the personal achievements and outstanding contributions of health care leaders and caregivers across the state. IHA is now accepting nominations for the following 2018 awards:

• Douglas J. Leonard Caregiver of the Year Award: Honors an individual whose performance in the delivery of care is considered exemplary by patients and peers. Nomination Deadline: May 30 Nomination Form
• Award of Merit: Recognizes an individual (not a CEO) who has made a noteworthy contribution to the health care field. Nomination Deadline: May 30 Nomination Form
