Friday is the Deadline to Submit IHA Annual Award Nominations

​The 2017 Awarding Excellence Program includes the three most esteemed awards given out each year at the IHA Annual Membership Meeting. Don't let excellence go unrecognized and submit your nominations online by July 14.

  • The Distinguished Service Award is presented each year to an Indiana hospital executive who has made outstanding contributions to his or her organization, its patients, the community and the health care profession. The 2016 deserving recipient was Robert J. Brody, FACHE, senior VP and COO for Ambulatory Services at Franciscan Alliance and current IHA Chairman.   • The Award of Merit is presented each year to an individual who has made noteworthy contributions to the health care field. The 2016 deserving recipient was Dale E. Baker, CPA, Baker Healthcare Consulting. Nominate an individual today, and learn more by watching this video.

  • The Douglas J. Leonard Caregiver of the Year Award honors an individual whose performance in the delivery of care is considered exemplary by patients and peers.
