• Patient Safety Award for Service & Leadership: An individual who shows exemplary service and has gone above and beyond to improve patient safety within his or her organization

• Patient Safety​ Award for Innovation: An individual, group or program that has developed innovative ways to improve or encourage patient safety within their organization ​
