​The Healthcare Innovation Leadership Institute is developed for healthcare leaders to increase self-awareness and recognize how you present yourself as a transformational leader; promote resiliency in the face of high expectations and demands on leaders; increase appreciation of the value of community engagement; and understand how leadership sets the cultures for your organization. The Healthcare Innovation Leadership Institute is limited to a cohort of 25 leaders, and applicants must submit a letter of recommendation when applying. Classes are offered at IUPUI in downtown Indianapolis, and participants who attend and complete all six sessions will receive a Healthcare Innovation Leadership certificate of graduation from Indiana University.
