Despite
spending more money on health care than other wealthy countries, the overall
health of the U.S. population is worse than countries who spend less per
capita. A report written by the Commonwealth Fund draws information from a
variety of international sources to compare health care performance across the
world. The topics included care process, access, administrative efficiency,
equity and health care outcomes. Among the 11 developed countries included in
this study, the U.S. ranked last overall. The report also describes where and
