Julie Conrad, J.D., SPHR, has been named chief counsel and vice president of legal affairs. Conrad previously served as associate chief counsel at Eskenazi Health. During her tenure with Eskenazi Health, Conrad has played an integral role in key initiatives, including the formation of Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services and Eskenazi Medical Group, the achievement of federally qualified health care system status for Eskenazi Health Center and the creation of the Medical-Legal Partnership and Volunteer Advocates Program. Prior to joining Eskenazi Health in 2006, Conrad worked for Ice Miller and Johnson Smith, as well as other private law practices. ​
