Tom VanOsdol, president of the St.Vincent Anderson Northeast Region, has been selected to serve as the new COO of Clinically Integrated Systems of Care for St.Vincent’s HealthCare in Jacksonville, Fla. VanOsdol has worked with the St. Vincent system since 1990 serving as vice president of operations, leading numerous clinical and operational departments and implementing the system-wide LEAN process improvement methodology. In 2007, VanOsdol became president of St.Vincent Anderson Regional and in 2011, he became president of St.Vincent Northeast Region, which includes St.Vincent Anderson Regional, St.Vincent Mercy and St.Vincent Randolph. In his new position, VanOsdol will oversee the development of regional clinically integrated systems of care, a critical component in Ascension’s strategy to adapt to the changing health care environment.
