How does IHAconnect.org differ from IHA’s previous website?

Our new website provides an easier to navigate, more customizable web experience for IHA members. The new site also provides a wider range of up-to-date information on the issues that are most important to members, as well as tools to enable you to collaborate with other members online. 

What is happening with the Indiana Patient Safety Center website?

We have moved and updated the content from the Indiana Patient Safety Center into the Quality and Patient Safety section of this website. Be sure to visit our new online collaborative tools for each of IHA's Patient Safety Coalitions.

Why should I register on IHAconnect.org?

When you log in to the website, you’ll be able to search the member directory, manage your subscriptions to IHA publications and access webinars, publications and other educational content that isn’t available to the general public. If you participate in any of IHA’s patient safety coalitionscouncils or district groups, you will also be able to access those groups’ discussion boards and document libraries.

How do I register for a member login account?

Choose the Member Login tab in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then select Create New Account. You’ll be asked for some basic information about yourself and your hospital affiliation. IHA will review your information to make sure it is correct and send you a confirmation email within 24-48 business hours.

What if I registered on the old IHA website?

If you have already registered as an IHAconnect.org user, you don’t need to create a new account. Your information is already in the system and your username is your organization/hospital email address. However, you will need to set up a new password. Go to Member Login and select Forgot Password.  You will be asked for your email address, and a temporary password will be emailed to that address. Once you log in and set up your new password, edit your profile information and customize your subscription preferences under the My Profile tab in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

What is my IHAconnect.org username and password?

Your IHAconnect.org username is your email address. If your information is already stored in IHA’s database, you will have to create a new password to activate your account and login. What if my registration is not approved?

If your registration is not approved, it is either because you are not an IHA member or you entered incorrect information when registering. If you are an IHA member and your registration is not approved, please contact Julie Brackemyre at jbracke​myre@IHAconnect.org or at 317-423-7726.
