The
deadline to complete the AHA Annual Survey has been extended to June 29. If you
are unsure of your hospital's status, please review this list, which shows
where each hospital is in the process. Hospitals listed under the
"Submitted" category are the only ones that have completed the entire
survey.
IHA relies on the
data from the AHA Annual Survey for advocacy and other needs. Even if your
hospital is not an AHA member, it is important that you complete the survey.
Without your response, AHA may use approximations from past years, which may
not provide realistic information. The survey may be mailed in or completed
online. All materials for both entry methods were included in the packet mailed
