Have you completed the 2017 AHA Annual Survey? At this time, only 44 percent​ of Indiana hospitals have submitted the survey. Several Indiana hospitals are in the process of completing the survey, but have not yet submitted it. Hospitals listed under the “Submitted” category are the only ones that have completed the entire survey process.
