IHA relies on the data from the AHA Annual Survey for many of our advocacy and other related needs. Find out if your hospital has submitted the survey here. Several Indiana hospitals are in the process of completing the survey, but have not yet submitted. Hospitals listed under the “Submitted” category are the only ones that have completed the entire survey process.
