IHA has been having conversations with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) to address the logistical and operational challenges related to Medicaid non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). In response to IHA's requests, medical transportation company Southeastrans has launched a facility portal for hospitals that would like to schedule and monitor transportation for Indiana Medicaid fee-for-service members online. The portal allows users to book trips online, search trip history, check the status of daily departures, verify that transportation has been assigned, and cancel trips. Learn more. ​​
