​​IHA needs your help in identifying Hoosier role models who keep your organizations functioning efficiently. IHA's Administrative Professional Excellence Award recognizes outstanding personal achievement in support of the humanitarian and management goals of Indiana health care institutions. It was established in honor of Mikell Brown, who was an administrative assistant at IHA for 25 years. Brown was a tireless, trustworthy resource on all association matters and a mentor to new employees. 

Please share this nomination form within your facility; anyone who works at an IHA-member hospital can submit a nomination. The award nomination period ends March 23. The nominator of the award recipient will be invited to present the award at IHA's Administrative Professionals Conference April 13 in Indianapolis.
