​​Register for the Patient Safety Summit on June 5 by May 29. All patient safety award nominees will have the opportunity to have a poster board at the summit, and a template for those poster boards will be available soon and sent to all nominees. The winner of the awards will also be speaking at the summit this year. The winners will be notified on May 4, giving winners a full month to create their presentation. Please note that all Indiana HRET HIIN hospitals have received a scholarship for three attendees per hospital to attend the summit without a registration fee.
