​​​​This week, IHA Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Spencer G​rover is retiring after almost three decades of service to the Association and its members. From providing leadership and strategic direction to IHA on regulatory affairs at both the state and the federal level to spearheading the development of the state's trauma system, Grover's work has been wide-ranging in scope and far-reaching in impact. On a personal level, the relationships Grover has built with both hospital leaders and his fellow IHA team members have been much appreciated and will be sorely missed.
