Indiana Hospital Association Promotes Adam Scott to Vice President

The Indiana Hospital Association (IHA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Scott to vice president of member solutions and engagement. In his new role on IHA’s executive staff, Scott will lead several strategic functions including business intelligence, member services, and information technology in support of IHA’s 170 member hospitals.

“Adam has been a tremendous asset to our members, identifying opportunities for hospitals to improve their operations so they can more effectively meet the needs of patients,” said Scott B. Tittle, president of IHA. “I’m excited to see Adam’s leadership continue to grow our association’s services to members in ways that shape the future of health care in the Hoosier State.”

Scott joined IHA in 2022 to lead the trade association’s business partner and corporate sponsorship programs that connect Indiana hospitals with outside services in the areas of health care workforce, revenue cycle, data, quality, and operations.

In this capacity, he advanced the IHA Endorsed Business Partner Program by developing new vetting criteria, standing up the IHA Solutions Steering Committee, and cultivating strategic relationships with mission-aligned companies to further IHA's mission.

Additionally, under Scott's leadership IHA successfully launched several member-facing programs and offerings including the IHA Partner Perspectives Webinar Series, Regional 340B Roundtable, IHA Revenue Cycle Solutions Summit, and IHA Workforce Solutions Summit.

Prior to joining IHA, Scott served in a dual leadership role at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville, Indiana as executive director of the HRH Foundation as well as director of business and community relations. He began his health care career at Ascension St. Vincent where he served as system lead consultant for relationship management.

Scott holds an MBA and bachelor's degree from Indiana State University and a Master of Science degree from Purdue University.

A resident of Mooresville, Indiana, Scott serves on several boards, including the Parks Foundation of Hendricks County, and is the 2026 Board Chair for the Association for Healthcare Solutions (AHS), which is a national network of State Hospital Associations.
