Hear Ryan Leaf's Story of Addiction and Recovery at the IHA Annual Membership Meeting

Ryan Leaf was one of the most promising collegiate football players of his time and a finalist for the Heisman trophy. Today, he is a voice for the recovery community. Leaf will explain how he went from being selected as the second overall pick in the NFL draft (after Peyton Manning) to serving 32 months in prison for burglary and drug charges—and how he ultimately overcame an addiction to opioids—at the IHA Annual Membership Meeting, coming up Sept. 26 – 27 at The Westin Indianapolis. An advocate for those struggling with mental and behavioral health issues, Leaf encourages audiences to transform the way they think about mental health issues and addiction. He seeks to reach people who cannot yet imagine a better life for themselves. Leaf's wish is to be an example that a better life is always possible. Check out the full agenda on the IHA website and register today.
