The Indiana State Medical Association's (ISMA's) free opioid webinar series continues tomorrow with "The Opioid Epidemic: Impact on Peri-Operative Care." At the end of this webinar, attendees should be able to:  

• Conduct candid pre-operative discussions with patients about post-procedure pain to set expectations and assess the risk for opioid misuse
• Recognize the benefit of using INSPECT as part of routine post-operative practice
• Identify peri-operative pain management strategies for inpatients and outpatients
• Summarize ACS advocacy efforts in response to opioid abuse
