Population Health Task Force In-Person Meeting

Eskenazi Health has a belief that in order to improve patient care it is important for employees to focus on self-care. It partnered with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine to develop a self-care program for its employees focused on nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness and stress reduction to help them take better care of themselves and incorporate healthy activities into their daily lives.

Dr. Lisa Harris, CEO of Eskenazi Health, has dedicated her career to improving health care for vulnerable and underserved populations. She will be presenting alongside Dr. Charles Miramonti a detail of the innovative work that has occurred at Eskenazi Health in regards to population health. There will be time allotted for a tour of the key features of Eskenazi Health as well as time scheduled for networking.
